Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
6. Subscription Credits
When purchasing a monthly subscription, users receive a set number of email generation credits based on their selected plan. These credits are valid for the duration of the billing cycle and expire at the end of each monthly period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
For users with an annual subscription, email generation credits are distributed monthly according to the chosen plan. Each month, a new set of credits is made available, which resets every 30 days and does not carry over to the following month. This structure provides consistent monthly access throughout the year and includes a 10% savings compared to monthly billing.
7. Links to Other Web Sites
Our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by FUTURISTICA d.o.o. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Customers may request a cancellation or refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be granted for products or services that have not been used or accessed. To initiate a refund or cancellation, customers may either:
- Cancel the subscription directly via their Writemail account under the Billing section, or
- Contact our support team via email at [email protected] or by submitting the form on our Contact page.
If a user believes their account has been misused or accessed without their consent, they are responsible for canceling the subscription via their account or contacting us immediately, especially if they no longer have access. If we do not receive such a request, the subscription will remain active under the user’s account, and billing will continue as scheduled.
Once a valid refund or cancellation request is received, we will review it and, if approved, process the refund within 10 business days.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FUTURISTICA d.o.o. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FUTURISTICA d.o.o., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
