Welcome to the WriteMail Affiliate Program

Your affiliate account is ready. Follow the steps below to create your referral links, promote WriteMail, track your results, and receive commissions.

Getting Started

Five steps to your first commission

Everything below happens inside your affiliate dashboard — no setup and no code required.

1Step 1

Get your referral link

Open the Dashboard tab and look at the Links section. Your account already has a default link that looks like writemail.ai/?via=your-token — press Copy link and it's ready to share.

Everyone who opens WriteMail through that link is attributed to your account automatically. The attribution stays with you for 30 days after the click, so a visitor who comes back later still counts as your referral.

  • You can link to any page on writemail.ai — just add ?via=your-token to the end of that page's URL.
  • Keep the ?via= part intact: it's what connects the visit to your account.
2Step 2

Create custom referral links

Under the Links section press Create another link… and pick your own token — letters, numbers and dashes only. Instead of a random code you get a memorable link like writemail.ai/?via=yourbrand.

Create a separate link per placement — one for your blog, one for your newsletter, one for a video description. Each link is counted separately in the dashboard, so you can see which placement actually works instead of guessing.

  • All your links belong to the same account and earn the same commission.
  • Any link can point deeper into the site: add ?via=yourbrand to the page URL you want to promote.
3Step 3

Share and promote WriteMail

Put your links where your audience already is: your website or blog, social profiles, newsletters, video descriptions, courses and communities. There is no minimum traffic requirement — a single well-placed link can start earning.

You don't have to design anything. The Assets tab in your dashboard holds ready-made graphics you can download as PNG, and the full pack — logos in SVG, icons and every standard size, plus the rules for using them — lives in our Brand Assets Library.

Track your performance

The Dashboard tab shows a Referrals summary and the same three numbers for every one of your links. Here is what each one means — and where the money shows up.

Groups of commissions on their way to you — see step 5.

Two more places worth knowing: the Referrals tab lists every lead and conversion with the date of the first click, and View monthly summary on the Dashboard breaks the same numbers down month by month (with a CSV download).

5Step 5

Track commissions and payouts

The Commissions tab lists what each conversion earned you. The Payouts tab groups those commissions into payments — in the dashboard's own words, payouts are groups of commissions that can be pending, due, or paid.

So a commission first appears as pending, becomes due once it's confirmed and ready to be paid, and is marked paid after the money is sent. The history stays in your account, so you can always reconcile your earnings.

  • Keep your contact and payout details current under your name in the top-right menu.

Referral links

The Links section on the Dashboard: your default link and every token you create, each with Copy link and Edit link.

Link performance

Visitors, leads and conversions per link — and the Referrals tab for the individual leads behind those numbers.

Monthly summary

Month-by-month visitors, leads, conversions and commissions across all your links — with a CSV download.

Export your data

Export links and promo codes… hands you a file for any date range — today, last 30 days, a month, or dates you pick.

Assets library

The Assets tab: searchable graphics with a one-click PNG download. The complete pack lives in our Brand Assets Library.

Account settings

Behind your name in the top-right corner: account details, contact email and the payout information we use to send your money.

Commissions & payouts

Two tabs of their own: Commissions for what each conversion earned, Payouts for the pending, due and paid groups those commissions travel in.
